Neville Murphy qualified as a solicitor in 1972, having previously obtained a Law Degree (BCL) from University College Dublin in 1969. Since qualification he has practiced in the field of Litigation involving all forms of legal disputes and claims in the High Court and Circuit Court, and on occasion in cases involving Appeals to the Supreme Court.
He also practices in the field of Family Law in the Circuit Court and High Court and in the field of Probate Practice. He is a member of the Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association

Having tried his hand at Accountancy and journalism Gene duly followed the family tradition into Law and qualified as a Solicitor in Easter 1981. In those days a Solicitor in a Family Firm was a "Jack of all Trades" but now Gene mainly handles commercial conveyancing and lending with some high end residential conveyancing. He also has a substantial client base working for the large ethnic communities in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Gene has been Chair of Board of Management of Presentation College, Bray from 2003 to 2009, a past-President of Greystones Rugby Football Club and in 2008 was a member of the Government Task Force on Education. He is currently Managing Partner of the Firm.

Darren Murphy graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. During his subsequent training in the Law Society he was the recipient of the Law Society Conveyancing Prize (1999). He qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. He is a member of both the Wicklow Solicitors Association and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
Darren is a Partner in Neville Murphy & Co. and practices mainly in the areas of litigation, commercial law and employment law and has extensive experience in dealing with both contentious and non contentious issues. He is also head of the firm’s Debt Collection Department.
In 2010 he obtained a Professional Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Department of University College Dublin.

Caroline Murphy graduated from University College Dublin in 2001 with an Honours B.A. Degree in Economics and then went on to successfully complete a Postgraduate Diploma Legal Studies in the Dublin Institute of Technology. She then sat her entrance exams to the Law Society and commenced her training in conjunction with an Apprenticeship in Neville Murphy & Co. She qualified as a Solicitor in January, 2006 and became a Partner in the Firm in 2008. She is a member of the Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
